Made with quality hand-picked grapes from Twilight's Clevedon vineyard, this Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel tank and seasoned in light oak to preserve its genuine Clevedon character. Perfumed with stone fruit aromas, the wine shows mouthfilling ripe peach and pear flavours on the palate with a hint of subtle oak. A wine of finesse with a crisp clean lingering finish.

The label recommends cellaring up to 3 years, but we can attest at 4 years past vintage, it's holding up just fine and is drinking beautifully.
