Pol Remy comes from a company called Patriarche in Beaune, France. Jean-Baptiste Patriarche founded the company in 1780 and today it is the second largest producer of sparkling wine in France, which proves its great success in this category.

The Pol Remy sparkling brut is a light, fresh and fruity bubbly, with aromas of apple and peach. A clean fruity off dry palate makes this wine a superb apertif.
