These are the terms that apply to every GrabOne Bottle Deal (unless otherwise stated in, or varied by, The Conditions section of the specific deal):
- All transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- A small delivery fee will be added when you proceed to checkout and complete your order, pick-ups are not permitted.
Sale of Liquor Act
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Liquor from www.grabonebottle.co.nz. If you make a false representation to us that you are a person to whom liquor may be sold or supplied then you will be committing an offence under section 172 of the Sale of Liquor Act, which states...- (1) Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding ($2,000) who falsely represents in writing to the licensee or a manager of any licensed premises, or to any employee of the licensee, that he or she is a person to whom liquor may be sold or supplied under the licence.
- (2) Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding ($1,000) who falsely represents otherwise than in writing to the licensee or a manager of any licensed premises, or to any employee of the licensee, that he or she is a person to whom liquor may be sold or supplied under the licence.
- When ordering from GrabOne Bottle you acknowledge and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to purchase liquor. Please note that we may be required by law to release information gathered from you when you place your order to the various enforcement agencies. Deal FAQ
We set out below the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) we receive about deals featured on the GrabOne Bottle website. Unless stated otherwise in Conditions section of the specific deal, these answers apply to all GrabOne Bottle deals.
Can I give this GrabOne Bottle deal to another person as a gift?
Unfortunately no, as we are unable to verify that the recipient of the wine is 18 years of age or over.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It takes 4 - 5 days to receive your order depending on your location and depending on which day of the week you make your order (note that there are no deliveries on Sunday and orders processed over the weekend or on Public holidays are carried over to the next business day for processing).
Can I change my order after my payment has been accepted?
Unfortunately once you’ve submitted your order and payment has been processed and accepted we can’t make changes to the quantity or delivery address details. Our logistics team process and dispatch orders rapidly!
Our policy is that we guarantee all wines 100%. We provide a no questions asked, money back or replacement guarantee. If you’re not happy for any reason simply return the unopened wines to Direct Wines, 19d Triton Drive, Albany, Auckland for a full refund or replacement.
