What is your returns policy?
Firstly, once you have purchased a deal you are committed to the transaction and your credit card will be charged immediately following confirmation of the deal. Unfortunately your order may not be changed after purchasing the deal due to fast moving nature of logistics.
All prices are billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Our policy is that we guarantee all wines 100%. We provide a no questions asked, money back or replacement guarantee. If you’re not happy for any reason simply return the unopened wines to Direct Wines, 19d Triton Drive, Albany, Auckland for a full refund or replacement. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
There might be rare occasions when we have insufficient stock to meet our confirmed orders and as a result are unable to fulfil your order. Should this occur we will contact you and offer either a full refund or alternatively a replacement product of equal value to your purchase.
