Fresh, lively flavours of lemon, lime leaf and green apple succumb to a honey sensation. This wine is made in an 'off dry' style with a subtle touch of sweetness that balances the crisp citrus backbone of this wine.
The name and label of this wine evoke the lazy, hazy days of Summer - maybe we'll get a better Summer at the end of this year than last? While we wait to find out, you can crack a bottle or two of this aromatic white once in a while to get you through the cooler months ahead.
