The crop is kept low to ensure good ripeness and concentration in the final wine.  Ready to drink, enjoy it at just $10 a bottle - a rare treat!

A generous, deep brick red precedes cassis and ripe brambly fruits supported by a shot of sweet cedary oak. On the palate these dark, ripe fruit characters combine with spicy oak, chocolate and savoury leather flavors. Enjoy with full-flavoured meat dishes and hot seasonal vegetables.

Jane uses a minimal intervention approach to wine making saying, "every now and then we all need to relax, forget about the stresses of everyday life and, in the words of British wine legend Hugh Johnson, banish a little care".
