Produced entirely from hand picked Malbec Grapes grown on Waiheke Island. A deeply coloured, well balanced & medium bodied wine filled with gamey and earthy flavours. Matured in oak. This is an elegant red wine which partners perfectly with lamb and game dishes.

The vineyard where the grapes were grown was a small enterprise of 5 Hectacres located on a prime grape growing area of Waiheke Island. This idyllic coastal site near Auckland is a climate perfect for growing red wine grapes.

Throughout all vineyard and winery practices the focus was wholely on quality rather than merely quantity. Such commitment to quality, together with Waiheke Island's fantastic climate, allowed the vines to ripen the grapes to maximum levels thus ensuring all their wines deliver maximum flavour and enjoyment.
